Saying good-bye to an old friend: Steve lived a life of integrity, courage and commitment. He was friend to all that met him. He is gone far too soon but while he was with us he was an inspiration to all. His was a life well lived. God speed, Steve.     Dave H.

Steve was a rare find, people who met him were the lucky ones. He loved his family, loved the desert, loved to catch people off guard with his humor. My fondest memory was of him sitting in his rocking chair outside his old antique shop in Salome. So content, so much himself. ~ He is missed ~ Sandy.
